1. About these terms
These terms apply to ilovecreomedia.com, which is run by Creo Media, Windhoek, Namibia (“Creo”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.
2. The Creo Demand Score
The Growth Assessment and the Demand Score it produces are an initial, self-reported diagnostic based only on your answers. They are not a complete audit of your business and are not professional, financial, legal or investment advice. Your score, its band and any recommendations are general guidance; they don’t guarantee any result, and decisions you make based on them are your own.
3. Information on this site
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but its content is general information and may change without notice. Examples marked as dramatisations or illustrations are exactly that — they are not client data or results. Case studies are published only once the client has approved them.
4. What you send us
When you complete the assessment or send us an enquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to share it on behalf of your business. Please don’t include other people’s personal information without their permission.
5. Working with Creo
Nothing on this site is an offer, quote or contract. Any work we do for you will be agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement, and those terms will govern that work.
6. Our content
The site’s text, design, films, photography, the Growth Assessment and the Demand Score method belong to Creo or are used with permission from our clients and partners. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish or adapt its content without our written permission.
7. Using the site properly
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it, submit false or automated enquiries, or use it for anything unlawful.
8. Other websites
The site links to other services, such as WhatsApp, YouTube and social networks. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content.
9. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Creo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including the Demand Score. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, and the courts of Namibia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
