Great people don’t always fit job descriptions.
Tell us what you’ve made happen, what interests you and how you approach a challenge. Experience from work, study, volunteering or everyday life all counts.
Designed for about 15–18 minutes; we are testing this estimate. Take the time you need.
How it works
- Introduce yourself
Where you are, when you could start, what interests you and something you’re proud of.
- Show your thinking
A few everyday work decisions and one small practical you choose. No specialist software needed.
- Explore what could fit
Someone at Creo reads your evidence. If there’s a relevant opportunity, we may invite you to a role-specific assessment.
What to expect
- No countdownThere’s no timer. Take the time you need; breaks are fine.
- People, not software, decideA person reads every introduction. Nobody is rejected automatically.
- No single scoreWe look at evidence of how you think and work, not a number that ranks you.
- Your wayIf a question doesn’t suit you, you can say so or ask for another way to show it.
A person reviews your evidence. This is not a personality or intelligence test, and applying does not guarantee an interview or employment.
Choose another way to show this if the format is unsuitable. You do not need to disclose a medical condition. Tools that help you communicate are welcome; keep the examples and decisions your own.
After you send it
- A person reads itYour introduction goes to the people who handle recruitment at Creo. Nobody is scored automatically or rejected by software.
- We look for a fitWe compare your interests and evidence with the work we have. That may be now, or later if you agreed to future contact.
- If there’s a matchWe may invite you to a role-specific assessment. You won’t need to repeat Talent Discovery.
What a role-specific assessment involves
It’s by invitation only and builds on your Talent Discovery, in five steps:
- Skills screenA few questions about the skills this role needs, in your own words. Say what you’ve done, and what you haven’t done yet.
- A person reviews itSomeone at Creo reads your answers before anything else happens. You’ll hear whether there’s a practical next.
- Practical workA short task based on real work in the role. We’ll tell you what to expect and what to hand in before you start.
- Something changesNew information arrives, just as it does at work. Your first version stays as it is; we look at how you adjust.
- Feedback and revisionYou’ll get feedback on your work and a chance to improve it. How you use feedback matters more than getting it right first time.
