Recruitment privacy notice

Who we are

Creo Media Solution CC (“Creo”) decides how your recruitment information is used. For any question or privacy request, email ignatious@ilovecreomedia.com.

What we collect

Your email address, which you confirm with a code we send. Your name, town and country, when you could start, how you’d like to work, and up to three optional links to your work.

Your interests, the skills you list, and your answers to the Talent Discovery questions and practical. If a person invites you to a role assessment, your answer at each stage of it.

To stop misuse we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your connection’s address for a short time. It is not stored with your answers. These pages have no advertising or analytics tracking.

Why we use it

To consider you for work at Creo, and to take the steps you ask for before any job offer. If you separately agree to it, to contact you about other suitable opportunities later.

We never use it for marketing, never sell it, and never add it to our sales or client records.

Who can see it

Only the people at Creo who handle recruitment. Our hosting provider (Netlify) and email provider (Google Workspace) store or send it on our behalf, under their own security obligations.

How decisions are made

A person reads your answers and decides. There is no overall score and nobody is rejected automatically. Ratings and notes made by our reviewers are private working notes; what we tell you about your application is decided by a person.

How long we keep it

Sign-in codes: 24 hours. Answers you saved but never sent: 30 days after you last saved. A withdrawn application: 30 days after you withdraw.

An application that isn’t progressing: 6 months after that decision. Any other application: 12 months after the last activity on it. If you agreed to future contact: 24 months from when you agreed, unless you change your mind sooner.

After that, your answers and contact details are erased. We keep only a note that an application existed and was erased, with nothing that identifies you.

Backups

Our database is copied to encrypted backups so it can be recovered after a failure. An erased application can remain in those copies until they expire. They are not used for anything else. If we ever had to restore one, we would erase everything that had already been erased before using it again.

Your choices

Confirm your email on Your application at any time to see where it is, change your future-contact choice or withdraw. Withdrawing stops the review straight away and ends any invitation.

To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or erasure sooner than the periods above, email ignatious@ilovecreomedia.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us; you may also be able to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
